Marcia Cushing's first position in a Law firm was in Fort Collins in 1980.  After moving to Denver, she began working in the HOA field in 1987 and has been working with Rich since 1990.

Marcia enjoys hiking, gardening, sports (she has been a Broncos season ticket holder since 1990), beach vacations and family time. She enjoys wildlife and peaceful quiet-time with her husband, at their Castle Pines North home.

Marcia is actively involved with various fundraising events and activities for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

She grew up on a farm in western Iowa and moved to Colorado in 1973 where she worked at the Fort Collins Fire Department for 3 years in the mid-1970’s. She and her family later moved to Denver in 1986.

Marcia has 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, and 4 grandkids.
